Refund Policy

(THE FINE PRINT)

  • When you book a course, a trip, or reserve a rental boat, we require a 25% deposit of the total cost. This secures your booking.
  • If an expedition or course: payment balance should be paid no later than four weeks prior to departure or course commencement unless other arrangements are made.
  • If you need to cancel your trip or reservation after you have paid, you will be refunded in accordance with how far in advance of the trip you cancel: If more than 12 weeks out, we will refund the entire amount (including the deposit, but minus 1.9% booking fee). If between 8 and 12, we will refund the entire amount minus the deposit. If between 4 and 8 weeks, we will refund 80% of the amount, also minus the deposit. If within 4 weeks of departure, unfortunately, we are unable to provide a refund. Once your trips, rentals, or course has commenced, we will not provide a refund.
  • We want as many people to join the pack as possible, so if you do need to cancel, we are happy to honor your booking or reservation by moving it to another available date. We will extend this courtesy for up to a year from the date of your original trip or course reservation. Please talk to us if we need longer than a year.

WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND that you arrange personal travel/medical insurance. This will protect you from any loss of fares if the trip gets canceled due to unforeseen circumstances out of our control.
